Yes, this can be used in your restaurant with no problems and should work excellent to remove any minor grease stains. We actually don't advertise on the bottle, but this also contains antibacterial properties as well. You can use it to clean almost everything in your restaurant!
The only surfaces to avoid are glass and delicate instrument panel screens such as tv's and navigation screens.
