Bird droppings are very acidic and if left on the paint too long will actually eat away the clear coat and leave etch marks.

Depending on how long this was left on the paint, will depend on the severity of the damage underneath once you get the residue off.

Our Super Cleaner is very effective for removing newer bird droppings, but if it doesn't remove it. The next step would be to use a clay bar.

Clay bar will 100% remove any surface contaminants and anything the clay bar doesn't remove is actually damage caused by the bird droppings.

The only way to remove the damage after using clay bar would be to polish/compound the area. Since it's a small area, this can be done with some polishing compound and a hand-held foam pad.
