There are no products on the market that can completely remove that type of damage. Our cleaner is not meant for removing damage like that so I'm sorry if you were misinformed. It may remove surface rust, but it can't remove anything if the actual metal rim has started to rust/degrade as it looks to be happening to your wheels.
The only thing to get them back to 100% looking new is to have them re-finished. There are two things that may get your rims looking better, however, as mentioned it won't bring them back to the original condition. Results will also depend on how long the rust has been left to dwell on the rim. The first option would be to try clay bar (this would only help get rid of surface rust). If that doesn't work, you could try a metal polish.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer any clay bar or polishing compounds for anything. We may release something for paint in the future and a slight chance of a metal polish for what you are looking for.
But, I would recommend getting this product -- https://www.amazon.com/Simichrome-390050-Metal-Polish-Tube/dp/B0002YUQ4E
We have no affiliation with this company, but I've used it. It's cheap and it works great for polishing all types of metals, including chrome.
And if you don't want to hand polish your wheels, get something called a polishing cone. You just stick it on your drill, add some polish and buff your wheels. Something like this -- https://www.amazon.com/Mothers-05146-PowerCone-Metal-Polishing/dp/B001MXTOKQ
