We wouldn't recommend our Super Cleaner for use on alcantara. Suede and alcantara are tricky materials, you will need a specialized cleaner and brush for those types of materials.
Your best bet would be to ask a highly rated local detailer what types of products they recommend for cleaning it. They should know exactly what to do.
I don't want to point you to any specific products, as we haven't done enough testing with other cleaners or with these types of materials. They are very tricky and sometimes damage can occur if improperly handled.
