If you don't want to purchase the Super Cleaner, you can simply use dawn dish soap to wash the surface, and dry it off, then for a final wipe down, use a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. After that, it should be ready for the Plastic Restorer.

To prevent it from being sticky:
- After you apply it, let it sit for 20-30 minutes, and then buff it off.
- then after another 10 minutes, buff it off a 2nd time to ensure all excess was removed.
